The monoblock system for precisse cooling and aeration of hot wort. This is a necessary equipment for preparation of wort after the hot wort brewing process and before start of the beer fermentation process.
Single-stage or double-stage tabular heat exchanger intended for cooling of the wort from 90°C to 25-7°C using water at temperature 15°C and 1°C before starting of beer fermentation process. The CIP-503 is a machine to the sanitation and sterilization of vessels and piping routes. This is a fully equipped system for breweries and other food production plants : Cleaning-In-Place. The CIP equipment provides heating and circulation of water, alkaline and acid solutions through sanitary shower that sprays sanitary chemical solutions on the wall of a vessel. The device consists of three separate containers with nominal volume of 500 liters and one neutralization vessel (150 l), one or two centrifugal pumps, manual and automatic valves and all installation pipes as well. The steam version of the CIP station includes also a pipe heat exchanger (the heating by hot steam using an external hot steam generator) with a digital temperature control in range of 0-80 °C. This type of the CIP station is recommended for cleaning and sanitation of tanks with a volume more than 6000 liters.

Two variants of the heating system :

  1. S : Steam version - The heating has to be ensured using an external hot steam generator that is not included in the price.
  2. E : Electric version - The heating is ensured using an internal electric heating elements that are included in the price.

Fermentation and maturation in sealed cylindrical-conical tanks is an effective and modern way of producing beer, which is highly resistant to contamination of fermenting beverages with unwanted organisms. Precision control of the fermentation and maturation leads to permanent results of constant quality and sensory characteristics of the beer. This scheme of brewery is particularly suitable for the production beer types using upper yeast, but it is possible to produce all types of bottom-fermented beer too.

Open fermentationMicrobreweries BREWORX OPPIDUM OF

Fermentation and maturation in opened fermentation vats is the traditional way of producing beer, especially for the typical bottom-fermented Czech type of beer . This allows collection of quilts during the fermentation. A fascinating look at many forms and colors of the yeast foam will be appreciated by guests on excursions to the brewery. This scheme of brewery is suitable only for the production of bottom-fermented beers. Production of top fermented beer in opened fermentation vats is quite demanding and is therefore not recommended .

The combined solution enables production of bottom and top-fermented beer. Minibreweries contains of open fermentation tubs (optimal for the traditional method of bottom-fermented beers) and cylindro-conical tanks (particularly suitable for the production of top fermented beers). Beer maturation takes place in lager tanks, or it is possible to use instead of lager tanks other cylindro-conical tanks for maturation process. The solution particularly suitable for restaurant minibreweries where the brewer plans to manufacture both bottom and top fermented beers .

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BREWERY BREWORX OPPIDUM

Control system AC (automatic control) :

Automatic controlled brewhouse with computer support and most of the operation controlled by computer according to selected program in central control panel. Control panel is designed with touchscreen on which the brewmaster selects a recipe and starts program what controls the production process. Brewmaster controls and makes a laboratory tests, ensures preparation of raw materials and brewhouse for the process.
