Labelling station to applying one self-adhesive label onto cylindric or shaped bottles

Semi automatic bench bottle labeler for autoadhesive labels, equipped with one reel station fo the application of one label on cylindric or shaped bottles.
Output capacity up to 500 bottles per hour.

• This labeler is simple and effective: it can process a cylindrical containerbetween diameter 55mm and 120mm. Maximal length of the bottle 350 mm.
• Basic machine is equipped with back label insertion and machine can label also PET bottles or low resistance materials.
• The blocking of the bottle is made by a sponge roller that also activates the labeling cycle.
• Electric panel is placed in the higher part of the machine and it includes a menu of settings, a new system for opening/closing of the knurled roller, photocell that reads bottle presence, autolearning type.
• Special feature included: manual centering system to center the labels to an existing logo or spot on the capsule or label.
• It is very versatile semi-automatic machine that are well suited to the needs of the customer.
