HWT-2000 : Hot water tank 2000 liters

There is necessary to have enough of drinking hot water available during beer production process. Hot water is used for mixing malt mash in water in process production of wort, for showering of wort during the lautering process, for cleaning and sanitizing of the brewhouse and other vessels etc. The hot water tank HWT-2000 (boiler) is equipped with a water pumping unit. It is designed for storage of 2000 liters preheated water from the first cooling stage and following heating up to 80°C. The container is made of material  AISI 316L, DIN 17 349, AKV extra 2.

Cold water container ITWT-2000 with the cooling spiral is designed for accumulation 2000 liters of ice water. The very cold treated water is using for cooling of the wort in a single-stage plate heat exchanger where the wort is cooled down from 95°C to about 6°C to 25°C. This ice water from the ITWT is heated to 70-80°C during cooling of the wort. The heated water is then kept in the hot water tank, where is stored and used for next brew batch..

Compact cooler and aeration system for wort 1000 liters of wort per hour which is attached to a stainless steel panel with LED temperature indicators.
The monoblock system for precisse cooling and aeration of hot wort. This is a necessary equipment for preparation of wort after the hot wort brewing process and before start of the beer fermentation process.
Single-stage or double-stage tabular heat exchanger intended for cooling of the wort from 90°C to 25-7°C using water at temperature 15°C and 1°C before starting of beer fermentation process. The plate heat exchanger and the aeration candle are attached to a stainless steel panel which is equipped with temperature sensors and digital displays.

The cooling condenser unit intended for the cooling of the water (usually with glycol solution) in the industrial cooling water tank (ICWT - industrial cooling water tank is not included in this set and it must be purchased individually according to requirements of the customer). The iced water is then used to cooling of the beverage production tanks like fermenters or beer storage tanks and also to cooling other devices in the brewery. This equipment uses a special technical coolant intended to chilling systems that has to be filled and pressurized into the primary circuit only by qualified person. This equipment uses ice water or glycol as coolant. The cooling unit is compatible with all types of ICWT cooling water tanks of our production. The output copper pipes of the condenser cooling unit has to be joined with input copper pipes of the pipe heat exchanger or the primary side of the plate heat exchanger of the ICWT cooling water tank. The ICWT-1200 Ice Water Tank (the glycol cooling tank with capacity of 1200 liters) with integrated copper heat exchanger (submersible spirals) is designed for an acummulation of cold inside of the mono-propylen-glycol solution and for its subsuqent use in the processes of making, storaging and maturating of beer or other beverages. CIP-102 : Cleaning and sanitizing station 2x100 liters (the mobile CIP machine)

The CIP-102 is a mobile machine to the sanitation and sterilization of vessels and piping routes. This is a fully equipped system for breweries and other food production plants : Cleaning-In-Place. The CIP equipment provides heating and circulation of alkaline and acid solutions using a pump through pipe system, hoses and sanitary shower that sprays sanitary chemical solutions on interior walls of the sanitized vessel. The device consists of two separate containers with nominal volume of 100 liters and one neutralization vessel (53 l), one centrifugal pump, electric control panel, manual valves and all installation pipes as well. Digital temperature control in range of 0-60 °C (optionally up to 80°C with the special pump seal). This type of the CIP station is recommended for cleaning and sanitation of fermentation tanks, storage tanks, water tanks with volume from 0 up to 4000 liters and all piping routes and other facilities that come in contact with beverages or food.

Fermentation and maturation in sealed cylindrical-conical tanks is an effective and modern way of producing beer, which is highly resistant to contamination of fermenting beverages with unwanted organisms. Precision control of the fermentation and maturation leads to permanent results of constant quality and sensory characteristics of the beer. This scheme of brewery is particularly suitable for the production beer types using upper yeast, but it is possible to produce all types of bottom-fermented beer too.

Open fermentationMicrobreweries BREWORX LITE ME OF

Fermentation and maturation in opened fermentation vats is the traditional way of producing beer, especially for the typical bottom-fermented Czech type of beer . This allows collection of quilts during the fermentation. A fascinating look at many forms and colors of the yeast foam will be appreciated by guests on excursions to the brewery. This scheme of brewery is suitable only for the production of bottom-fermented beers. Production of top fermented beer in opened fermentation vats is quite demanding and is therefore not recommended.

Open and closed fermentationMicrobreweries BREWORX LITE ME OCF

The combined solution allows production of bottom and top-fermented beer. Minibrewerie contains of open fermentation tubs (optimal for the traditional method of bottom-fermented beers) and cylindro-conical tanks (particularly suitable for the production of top fermented beers). Beer maturation takes place in lager tanks, or it is possible to use instead of lager tanks other cylindro-conical tanks for maturation process. The solution particularly suitable for restaurant minibreweries where the brewer plans to manufacture both bottom and top fermented beers.

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BREWERY BREWORX CLASSIC

Manually controlled brewhouse with simple button control panel what contains basic control and measuring elements. Manually controled pipe transfers, motors, pumps and temperatures. Timing and steps are controlled by a brewmaster.

 

II . Control system AC (automatic control) :

Automatic controlled brewhouse with computer support and most of the operation controlled by computer according to selected program in central control panel. Control panel is designed with touchscreen on which the brewmaster selects a recipe and starts program what controls the production process. Brewmaster controls and makes a laboratory tests, ensures preparation of raw materials and brewhouse for the process.
