Description

The Ultrafiller 2 filling machine is inteded for the semiautomatic filling of bottles with liquid foods (non-carbonated beverages). The vacuum filler is made entirely of stainless steel, has a PYREX tank and two highly efficient and precise stainless steel filling nozzles.
When the bottle is placed under the ULTRAFILLER 2 filler, the fluid is sucked from a source tank in by the vacuum created using an electric vacuum pump inside built-in buffer tank, without any contact between the liquid and the pumps or other mechanical components. Therefore this filling machine is very gentle to beverages.

The Ultrafiller 2 filling machine can be used for:

• Vinegar
• Cider (before carbonation in bottles)
• Oil
• Other non viscous liquids

The maximum liquid temperature must be lower than 80°C.

Two versions are available :

BFM-UF2-SN : Electric vacuum bottle filler with 2 filling valves – ULTRAFILLER 2 | with standard nozzles

The standard nozzles can fill glass bottles with usual necks, with internal diameter in range of 16-34mm. Bottle high 180-350mm.

BFM-UF2-MN : Electric vacuum bottle filler with 2 filling valves – ULTRAFILLER 2 | with mini nozzles

The mini nozzles can fill glass bottles with very narrow necks, with internal diameter in range of 9-34mm. Bottle high 100-250mm.

Product supply / discharge pipe :

Versatile hose made from TPE-S hygienic rubber reinforced by high tenacity polyester yarn. Inside and outside completely smooth,to enhance flow properties and allow easy cleaning and sterilization processes.
Highly neutral in taste and odor, it preserves the organoleptic properties of the medium. Excellent resistance to Hydrolysis and proliferation of bacteria as well as to ozone, ageing and weathering.
