BESC-TA550 : Automatic washing and drying machine for the external bottle surface 550 bph

Automatic washing and drying machine for the cleaning the external surface of bottles with capacity 550 bottles per hour.

The compact machine is complete with the belt conveyor and the single monoblock station, including a central star wheel with step-by-step motion which transfers the full bottles to the different positions for their perfect washing and the drying.

In the first position, a motorized brush performs the washing of the cork or cap (optionally).

After, the main brush makes the bottle turning around its own axis, cleaning in this way the complete external surface of the bottle. The water is sprayed on the bottle by means of adjustable nozzles.

Then the bottle is dried through an air blower fed by a turbine located in machine base, while the bottle is rotating around its own axis and moving towards the exit of the machine.

This machine that is equipped to work one format of bottles, is totally built of stainless steel AISI 304 and other food-friendly materials guaranteed for long-term resistance to water contact.

Machine is ready to be inserted in any bottling line.

The user will have to provide connections to supply water and electric power.

Fixed operation capacity 550 bph.

The machine is supplied complete with safety panels conforming to EC regulation.
