Description
The universal aluminum aphrometer (simple in-bottle carbon-dioxide meter) is an indispensable tool for controlling fermentation by checking the pressure rise in beer bottles with crown caps of 29mm.
Use is very simple : Simply place the aphrometer on the bottle mouth and screw the sealing ring nut clockwise until an adequate hermetic seal is obtained. To disassemble, simply unscrew in an anti-clockwise direction.
The aphrometer does not shows saturation of drink in grams of CO2 per liter but only pressure in the bottle. Therefore a value measured is only indicative and the aphrometer cannot replace professional CO2 meter.
