Description
Complete set of stainless steel accessories for achieve pure steam (in culinary quality – for direct contact with food) based on the Spirax Sarco CSF16 Culinary Steam Filter, intended for a 1/2″ steam pipe line.
Intended for maximal steam pressure of 12 bar.

The SSFS-MX12 complete set includes:
- A condensate separator with associated trap kit, which removes residual condensate and water droplets carried in suspension within the steam.
- The CSF16 Spirax Sarco 3A certified steam filter.
- Pressure gauge assemblies up and downstream of the filter to provide visual indication of when elements need to be cleaned and replaced.
- Sample cooler for sampling steam downstream of the filtering device.
- Stainless steel pipe and sanitary components downstream of the filter, terminated with the G 1/2″ male threaded connections on both steam inlet and outlet.
