Description
Small magnetic pump with the plastic head and core, motor power 25W, designed for use in the smallest breweries or beverage producion systems. The pumping-over beverages between tanks, during beer filtering process or cooling of the wort. Suitable also for pumping the santitizing solutions between vessels, cleaning the vessels and pipes. The power cord with the plug connector 1ph 220-240 Volts at 50-60hz (the european standard). Upgrade your old 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 with this all new magnetic driven pump. This pump comes standard with the 100L BrewZilla Gen 4.

Recommended applications :
- Circulation of beer wort during the mashing process in combination with a false bottom of the brewhouse (wort filtering tank).
- Transfer of wort from the filtering tank to the brewhouse.
- Transfer of wort from the brewhouse to the fermentation tank (pipe line or hose after the wort cooler).
- Recirculation of cleaning solution via plate cooler, sanitation barrel etc.
- Circulation of cooling water (with a small proportion of glycol) for water-cooled fermentation tanks, etc.
Restrictions :
- The pump is not self-priming – it must be flooded before starting.
- The pump is not suitable for pumping mash with solid particles and liquids with a higher density (hot beeswax and olive oil, creams, etc.)
- Not suitable for applications where liquid is required to be pumped to a height greater than 3 meters above the pump.
Optimal conditions for using the pump:
The pump achieves optimal performance when recirculating liquid (e.g. when brewing beer or dry cleaning tanks) when the liquid is water or other low viscosity liquid. In these conditions, the pump achieves the required performance of 19l/min at a maximum discharge of 3.4 meters. If the liquid is denser (e.g. wort or other liquids with higher viscosity), or if it is not recirculated (e.g. when pumping into higher containers), the pump performance will decrease, which can affect the pumping efficiency. In these cases, it is important to take into account the lower discharge and pump performance when transferring denser liquids.
