The HAP-40W water press is ideal if you want to juice a large amount of fruit without electricity and effort. All you need for a smart water press is a standard water connection and a garden hose. Although this fruit press has a small size, its large capacity makes it an ideal solution both for professional use and for the production of juice and wine in households.

 

How the water fruit press works ?

Water press for fruit with a basket volume of 40 liters for efficient pressing of apples, grapes, berries and other fruits using only water pressure.

The way the hydropress works is simple and ingenious at the same time: there is a membrane in a stainless steel basket with a sieve. When you now fill the stainless steel basket with fruit and the membrane with water using a garden hose, the membrane will expand and evenly push the pressed material through the perforations from the inside out. The squeezed juice is collected in the trough and can be filled without loss using the raised spout.

Thanks to its high capacity and maximum working pressure of 3 bars, the 40L water press enables fast and efficient processing of a large amount of fruit. Thanks to the jacket with outlet and inlet (3/4”) and pressure gauge, operation is a breeze. The same applies to maintenance: as there are no rotating parts, only cleaning after use is required. Thanks to the basket with stainless steel sieve and the sturdy iron base, the fruit press is extremely robust and promises a long service life.

Note: For ideal results, use a press textile insert (filter bag) of the appropriate size. 5 matching filter bags are already included in the package. For easy cutting of fruit before pressing, we recommend fruit crushers from our offer.
