FRCR-800 : Fruit crusher 500-800 kg/hour (1.35 kW 1x230V/3x400V)

Fruit crusher FRCR-800 with production performance of 500-800 kg of fruits per hour. Fully stainless fruit crusher with the operation capacity up to 1.5 tons of fruit per hour with a 30 liters hopper. It is available in two versions :  single-phase 230V 50Hz or three-phase 400V 50Hz.

The FRCR-800 fruit crusher is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304. It is designed to crushing all types of pome fruits (apples, pears, quinces, etc.) before pressing them to make juice or cider. Easy working and high productivity are its main characteristics. Available with one or more sieves.

 

How to use it :

1. Fill the hopper with apples or other fruits in buckets.
2. These fall to the bottom where a system of double blades crush them until they can be expelled by a grid towards the exit, at the bottom of the apple crusher.
3. All you need to do is place a basin or bucket to collect the crushed apples and fruits.

 

Maintenance :

As the crusher is made of stainless steel, it is easy to maintain. However, it is strongly recommended to disassemble the hopper after each use (2 screws at the bottom of it) in order to thoroughly clean the blade system and the grid, which prevents small pieces of crushed apples from remaining embedded in your apple crusher.

 

Tips for high-efficiency use :

• To ensure the longevity of your apple crusher, clean your fruit by soaking it in a tub of water, so that in addition to having clean fruit, the small stones and other solid parts that may be in the middle of your apple harvest are separated. This way you do not then damage and wear out the knives prematurely.
• For very hard fruits such as quinces, do not load the hopper with whole buckets but only a little by little as you crush. This will allow you to efficiently crush these very hard fruits without wearing out your fruit crusher too quickly.
• If you want to use this fruit crusher to crush stone fruits such as peaches, apricots, mangoes, … it is possible, but it is imperative to remove the stones first. You can then crush all kinds of stone fruits in order to put them in the press and make juice.
