Description
Flexible beverage hose with thermoplastic cover for suction and transport of non fatty foods, phthalates free. Intended for use with beer, water, wine, cider, fruit juice, alcohol up to 96% and other foodstuffs (with no fat content).
Its internal layer is compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BfR XXI cat.2, D.M. 21/03/73, CE 1935/04 and CE 2023/06.
Odour-free and taste-free internal layer.
External corrugations ensure exceptional flexibility and low coefficient of friction of the external layer and thus facilitate hose handling.
The hose is designed for assembly with EASY SHELL clamps.
Inner diameter 63mm, outer diameter 76mm. The price is calculated for 1 meter, without fittings (connectors).
Cleaning, sanitizing, sterilization for a few minutes with:
- Water at maximal temperature +100°C
- Steam at maximal temperature +110°C (shortly max. +130°C)
- 2% nitric acid at max.+60°C
- 2% peracetic acid at max.+60°C
- 2% phosphoric acid at max.+60°C
- 5% sodium hydroxide at +50°C
- Vacuum max. 0.6 bar
- Pressure max. 10 bar (burst pressure 30 bar)
Composite layers of the hose:
Inner layer : White, smooth, food quality, taste free and odourless IIR rubber. Contains no phthalates.
Reinforcement: High strength synthetic cord plus steel helix wire.
External layer: Red, corrugated, translucid thermoplastic material with low friction coefficient, weathering resistant.
Working temperature: From -40°C (-40°F) up to +120°C (+248°F).
