The modular cider production line kit type CIDER LINE MODULO 2000M-600E (in this expanded configuration) includes all equipment necessary for the annual production from 20000 to 60000 liters of cider and also the most useful expanded equipment for more effective work in the plant. The actual annual production capacity depends on the selected duration of the production cycle (typically 2-6 months). This configuration of the CiderLine includes set of fermenting/maturing cylindrical-conical tanks with usable volume 6x 2000 lt. All tanks except one are usable for both cider fermentation and maturation process. One tank is used as a buffer tank during the fruit-must cleaning process, carbonation process or bottling process (or filling a cider into other packages like kegs, PET etc.)  Simple design with independent devices allows easy assembling of all the cider production line by customer without our specialists. This configuration doesn´t include an assembly work – a customer ensures it himself according the assembly manual. Optionally we can deliver the CiderLine Modulo including installation work (for an assembling fee and our worker´s team transport and accomodation costs).

For easy manual control of the cider fermenting and maturating process, CCT tanks are equipped with simple PLC temperature controllers.

This type of the FUIC unit consists of these components :

The CIP-102 is a mobile machine to the sanitation and sterilization of vessels and piping routes. This is a fully equipped system for breweries and other food production plants : Cleaning-In-Place. The CIP equipment provides heating and circulation of alkaline and acid solutions using a pump through pipe system, hoses and sanitary shower that sprays sanitary chemical solutions on interior walls of the sanitized vessel. The device consists of two separate containers with nominal volume of 100 liters and one neutralization vessel (53 l), one centrifugal pump, electric control panel, manual valves and all installation pipes as well. Digital temperature control in range of 0-60 °C (optionally up to 80°C with the special pump seal). This type of the CIP station is recommended for cleaning and sanitation of fermentation tanks, storage tanks, water tanks with volume from 0 up to 4000 liters and all piping routes and other facilities that come in contact with beverages or food.

ACOS-02 : Candle with porous stone for carbonization of beverage in a pressure tank

The candle with a porous stone for beverage tanks is designed for the saturation of the wort, beer, wine or cider by sterilized compressed oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen or other technical gas, when the beverage is in the tank under pressure. The saturation of beverage is usually carried out before, during or after the fermentation or maturation process. The candle has to be removably built into the tank, the nozzle is connected to source of the pressurized gas. Usually one or more candles is installed on each tank. The porous stone is made from the sintered stainless steel carbide therefore it is easy sanitizable in the tank.

Maximal content of CO2 you can achieve in the tank using this candle is 6,8 g/l (pressure in tank 2.8 bar, temperature of beverage 0°C, time of carbonization > 2 days).
