BSS-SA500 : Semiautomatic bottle steam sterilizer (up to 500 bph)

Semi-automatic bottle steam sterilization machine with 10 positions. Capacity up to 500 bottles per hour.
Manual loading and unloading of the bottles.
The machine is designed to operate with sterile steam created in an external steam generator.
The steam generator is not included.
The bottle steam sterilization machine is designed to rinse with hot steam the inside of clean bottles (not dirted bottles), before filling them.
The machine is supplied mounted on wheels with brakers.
The machine is totally built in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316 by demand of a customer (two versions are available).
The set of accessories for one type of the bottle is included (customer has to deliver samples of his bottles)

Working cycle description :

1. The operator places by hand the bottle upside down in one of the 10 positions on the central plate of the machine. The plate is turning with step-by-step motion.
2. One rinsing nozzle sprays the steam inside the bottle, then the table goes on rotating so that the water drips down.
3. The steam jet is operated by the bottle itself (no bottle – no spraying) and can be adjusted as needed according to different bottles specifications.
4. The dripping time is about 10 sec., before the operator can take it away.
5. The machine is supplied with special electrovalve for control of steam inlet.

ESG-16MWT Electric steam-generator compact 16kg/hr (on the stainless steel frame, with water treatment)

Electric and automatic steam-generator, available power from 7 kW to 15 kW. Water feed can be connected directly to the water mains or to a condensate tank. Regulation of the working steam pressure is adjustable between 0.5 and 7 bar. This steam-generator is available with a single group of heaters (three elements) or with two independent sets of heaters (six elements). The steam-generator shell is manufactured in accordance to the current PED regulations. The water treatment system (for automatic water softening) and electric switchboard cabinet is included in this set. All system is mounted on the stainless steam frame. Easy installation – without electrician works – it is needed only to plug on the electric power socket on the wall. Ready to use.
