BREWORX CLASSIC 250 : Wort brew machine

The wort production machine (brewhouse ) BREWORX CLASSIC 250 is a compact food machine which includes all necessary equipment to produce 295 liters of wort (it is an optimal volume for production approximately 250 liters of beer) in one brew batch from malt (or malt extract or wort concentrate), hops and drinking water. The BREWORX CLASSIC is a three-tank equipment, some tanks have more functions :
1st tank = mashing tank (tank to mixing malt in water) + wort boiling tank (tank to boiling of wort), 2nd tank = wort filtration tank (tank to filtration of wort) + 3rd tank = whirlpool (tank to separation of hop from wort + tank to temporary storage of hot wort) . The operation platform, measuring and control system and supporting frame are also parts of the machine.
The historical design of this wort production machine, which is based on the traditions of Czech brewing, predetermines this type of brewing equipment for its location in the interior of the restaurant of the brewery. It is not only a marketing efficient, technically interesting element of the interior, where it becomes the center of attention of the guests, but it is also a functional facility on which the restaurant guests can watch the the specialist during a production of beer when they spend their time in the restaurant and they are drinking just this beer which is served them by waiters.
This wort production machine is the main part of the BREWORX CLASSIC 250 microbreweries. Primary function of this machine is the production of wort using either infusion (infusion) or decoction boiling method (decoction). Wort is an intermediate necessary product in production of beer. Beer then arises from wort after its fermentation and maturation in special pressure tanks - fermenters.

WCASB-300 : Compact cooler and aerator of wort 300 liters per hour with LED temperature indicators

Compact cooler and aeration system for wort 300 liters of wort per hour which is attached to a stainless steel panel with LED temperature indicators.
The monoblock system for precisse cooling and aeration of hot wort. This is a necessary equipment for preparation of wort after the hot wort brewing process and before start of the beer fermentation process.
Single-stage or double-stage tabular heat exchanger intended for cooling of the wort from 90°C to 25-7°C using water at temperature 15°C and 1°C before starting of beer fermentation process. The plate heat exchanger and the aeration candle are attached to a stainless steel panel which is equipped with temperature sensors and digital displays.

– Cold water temperature at the water inlet (usually -1-15°C)

The compact unit for the beer fermentation and maturation process with integrated cooling BREWORX MODULO FUIC-CHP1C-4x500CCT is an independent mobile equipment with four cylindrical-conical tanks 500 liters (total capacity 4×600 liters) The FUIC unit includes everything what is necessary to the main fermentation of beer, to the beer maturation under pressure, to an isobaric filling beer into kegs or bottles or to serving beer into drink glasses directly from the fermenters that are included in this unit. The FUIC unit may be used also for the fermentation of other alcoholic beverages like sparkling wine, cider etc.

This type of the FUIC unit consists of these components :

  • 4 pcs of CCT 500 liters (usable volume) / 4x 600 liters (total volume) - Cylindroconical fermenters made of stainless steel that are insulated by PUR foam, cooled by water or glycol that circulated in cooling channels of double-jacket
  • 1 pc of the liquid cooling unit with integrated condenser
  • Elements for measurement and control of temperature and circulation of coolant, cooling capacity of 2.3 kW
  • Piping for cooling liquid - elements for connecting between coolers and tanks
  • Supporting frame with adjustable legs or wheels with an aretation

The pressure tank is fully manufactured in accordance with European Standards EN 13445 and PED 2014/68/EU. The PED certificate (and all documents related with the pressure equipment in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU standard) is not included in price of the tank and for use the tank in European countries it is necessary to add the item "PED 2014/68/EU certificate" .
