Microbrewery type BREWORX LITE-ECO 602-900 with the wort brew machine BREWORX LITE-ECO 600 allows the production from 600 to 1800 liters of beer per day. This configuration of the brewery includes set of tanks with production capacity up to 90,000 liters of beer produced using the on surface fermentation method or 54,000 liters of beer produced using the under bottom fermentation method per year – but only from beer malt concentrates, not from malt. Professional design of the brewhouse predetermines this brewery for luxury interiors of pubs, restaurants or hotels.

BREWORX LITE-ECO 600 : Wort brew machine 660L to production wort from malt concentrates

The wort brew machine BREWORX LITE-ECO 600 is a compact food machine which includes all necessary equipment to produce 660 liters of wort (for production approximately 600 liters of beer) in one batch from malt extract or wort concentrate (beer concentrates). The machine is not equipped with the filtering tank therefore it is not possible to produce wort from malt classic way. A simplified industrial design of the machine allows effective work during entire wort production process using simple step PLC controller for heating of the vessels. Transfer of heat from the electric heating spirals to inner jacket of the vessels ensures oil.

This wort brew machine is a main equipment of the BREWORX Lite-ECO 600 breweries but it can be use also with other type breweries too.

The wort brewing machine is equipped with the manual control system. Without the wort chiller. Without the waste steam condenser.

Tanks designed to the secondary fermentation - the conditioning of beer.
Secondary phase of the fermentation process: the beer maturation – beer is slowly fermenting at low temperature under increased overpressure. Beer is naturally saturizated with the carbon dioxide that releases from the beer by yeast activity. The secondary fermentation process is usually taken place at a temperature of from 1 to 2 ° C under pressure approximally 2 bar.

Universal cylindrical pressure fermentation tank usable as the beverage fermentation tank, beverage maturate tank, bright beer tank, tank for the secondary fermentation under pressure, carbonation tank, tank for other final conditioning of beverages. Nominal volume 1200 liters, total volume 1400 liters.

The combi multifunction pressure tank is intended mainly to the secondary fermentation (maturation process) of the alcoholic beverage products, storage, carbonation, filtration of beer, cider, sparkling wine and other beverages under pressure, and also for preparation of beverages before their bottling or filling into kegs. The pressure vessel is made of stainless food steel DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304), with a vertical construction, with an insulated steel jacket. The vessel is cooled by ice water or glycol that circulates in the cooling channels inside the cooling jacket. The vessel has either standardized dimensions and equipment, or special dimensions and equipment according to individual customer requirements. The tank is normally available in several versions (optional dimension ratio, quality class, maximum pressure). Classic design, PUR insulation, double stainless steel jacket, water (or glycol) cooling duplicators. PED certificate (optional also GUM, GOST). All parts are made in European Union.

 

The pressure tank is fully manufactured in accordance with European Standards EN 13445 and PED 2014/68/EU. The PED certificate (and all documents related with the pressure equipment in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU standard) is not included in price of the tank and for use the tank in European countries it is necessary to add the item "PED 2014/68/EU certificate" . All parts are made in European Union.

Cooling of the glycol and water solution which is used to controlled cooling of the wort and fermenters.

GCU-40 : External cooling unit 5.6-10.9 kW (for splited cooling systems)

The cooling condenser unit intended for the cooling of the water (usually with glycol solution) in the industrial cooling water tank (ICWT - industrial cooling water tank is not included in this set and it must be purchased individually according to requirements of the customer). The iced water is then used to cooling of the beverage production tanks like fermenters or beer storage tanks and also to cooling other devices in the brewery. This equipment uses a special technical coolant intended to chilling systems that has to be filled and pressurized into the primary circuit only by qualified person. This equipment uses ice water or glycol as coolant. The cooling unit is compatible with all types of ICWT cooling water tanks of our production. The output copper pipes of the condenser cooling unit has to be joined with input copper pipes of the pipe heat exchanger or the primary side of the plate heat exchanger of the ICWT cooling water tank. Cooling capacity 5600 W - 10900 W.

ICWT-1200 : Insulated ice water tank (glycol tank) 1200 liters with two pumps and the heat exchanger

The ICWT-1200 Ice Water Tank (the glycol cooling tank with capacity of 1200 liters) with integrated copper heat exchanger (submersible spirals) is designed for an acummulation of cold inside of the mono-propylen-glycol solution and for its subsuqent use in the processes of making, storaging and maturating of beer or other beverages. The tank is fitted with a circulating pump for homogenization of the temperature and for the prevention of the freezing of the copper spirals, with only a minimum of power consuption.

The air compressor is used for safety filtration, affining and tapping or bottling of beer or cider without the risk of purchased infection by foreign organisms that are contained in the ambient air.
