ABFU-2000 : Automatic bulk filling unit for vacuum plastic bags (200L bags in drums) – 10x200L bags per hour

Fully-automatic filling machine for 4 big vacuum bags (200L bags in drums). Scalable and automated compact system for fruit beverage producers. Filling capacity from 2000 up to 2400 liters per hour (10-12pcs of 200L bags per hour).

The ABFU-2000 machine is suitable to bulk fill of four 200L aseptic bags in drums, in the same time. The machine frame and the positioning mechanism allow it to place and fill bag in drums on pallets. Filler head can be positioned over the chosen drum. The bag can be filled without internal air bubbles and pockets with the vertical positioning pneumatic system. Filling process is 100% automatic. When the bag is placed in the machine, it grabs the neck, opens the bag mouth, make vacum tests, fills beverage into a bag, doses nitrogen and closes the bag mouth automatically. Parameters can be programmed on a touch-screen panel.
