SCRV-23 : Screw conveyor 2300mm with the vibrating hopper 9m3/h

Inclined screw conveyor with a vibrating hopper 150l/min is a device for continuous inclined (rising) movement of bulk material with a discharge height of 2 m above the ground. The material is moved up from the hopper using a worm shaft, which rotates to move the material from the hopper to the outlet. This type of conveyor is suitable for all bulk materials or granules (malt, malt grist) up to a diameter of 10 mm.

The conveyor is equipped with two motors. The main motor rotates the screw shaft, the second motor is a vibrating and is attached to the wall of the hopper. After switching on, the motor vibrates the walls of the hopper, with the help of vibrations the hopper is perfectly emptied/dusted of fine bulk materials. Each motor can be controlled individually, using a simple control panel. The main motor is equipped with a reverse function, for reverse operation of the screw. The robust hopper with a capacity of 80 l, which is made of stainless steel and is equipped with wheels for easy movement of the machine, serves as a container for the material.

The dustiness of the conveyor can be reduced by attaching a tunnel foil to the conveyor mouth.
The conveyor is not suitable for excessively moist materials or substances in the form of paste.

The conveyor can be connected to a bulk material dispenser to create an automatic and compact system for dosing and packaging into bags or sacks, e.g. flour, malt, grain, granules, etc. The material transfer speed is up to 150 l per minute.
It is not possible to supply a food certificate to the conveyor.
