RAT-037FS : Removable stainless steel agitator 0.37 kW for mixing tanks up to 15000 liters

High-performance removable agitator with motor 0.37 kW made in stainless steel, designed to temporary sealed connection with the stainless steel tanks with capacity up to 15000 liters, to mixing low-viscosity media. Due to the moveable agitator shaft and the foldable propeller, it can be simply and quickly inserted into a filled container from the side, via a standard ball valve with the TriClamp 2″ connection, without any loss of liquid.

Two variants are available : Without or with built-on frequency converter – even small quantities can be stirred particularly gently.

The procedure for mounting the agitator on the stainless steel tank is very simple:

1. At the agitator, fold down the paddles and move the shaft to the rear position.
2. You mount the front mechanism using the TriClamp clamp to the ball valve on the tank with the TriClamp termination.
3. Open the ball valve and slide the agitator shaft into the tank.
4. Start mixing, the paddles of the mixer open itself with centrifugal force.
5. When you stop mixing, the paddles of the mixer will fold down by themselves.
6. Move the agitator shaft to the rear position.
7. Close the ball valve and remove the agitator.
