MSH-19 : Malt storage hopper 1.9 m3 (1000 kg of malt)

Stainless steel, non-insulated container of square or circular cross-section with a conical bottom (with a 60 ° inclination) and a volume of 1.9 m3 (for aproximally 1000 kg of malt). It is used as a temporary storage container for one batch of milled grain malt placed directly under the malt mill machine. The hopper serves to the gradual dosing of the malt into the screw conveyor before its transport to the wort brew machine.

Parameters:

• Cylinder with diameter 1400 mm / or square 1200 x 1200 mm
• Height 1400 mm
• Total inner volume 1.9 m3

The hopper is recommended to use with any malt mills with production capacity higher than 1000 kg of malt per hour.
