MFPU-300-MG : Mobile fruit processing unit 300 kg/hr

MFPU-300-MG Mobile processing unit – it is a compact solution of the fruit processing plant that is available anywhere and whenewer you need. Fully equipped mobile production set with all machines needed to crushing and pressing of juice from fresh fruit without transport of fruit and its storage. Achieve and fill into your tanks the best fruit beverage directly on place where fruit was harvested, only from fresh fruit. Capacity up to 300kg fruit per hour.

The MFPU-300 fruit processing unit includes :

Standard equipment :

1. Trolley attachable to the car’s towing device
2. Electric switch box (for connection on electric socket on place with a power supply cable)
3. Fruit washing and crushing machine with capacity 300 kg/hr (openable, tiltable)
4. Fruit belt press with capacity 300 kg/hr (automatic)
5. Fruit juice collection tank with the centrifugal pump
6. Buffer tank
7. Flow-through pasteurizer (gas fueled)
8. Filling station (for the filling juice into plastic bags or bottles)
9. Tanks 3x 100L to storage of fruit juice

Characteristics :

• Galvanized steel chassis with aluminium anti-slip floor, and aluminium superstructure.
• The two sides and the rear side is openable in 90° angle.
• The openable washer recieves the fruits.
• After the grinding and pressing, the automatic juice collector feeds the juice to the buffer tanks. Then the automatic pasteurizer does the heat treatment, and in the final step, the operator fills the end product into the plastic bags or bottles.
• The machine is as automatic as possible, it needs only 2 workers to operate. Very easy to clean. Requires minimal maintenance.
• All machines are made of stainless steel. The trolley body is made of aluminium and it is covered with a tarpaulin.
• Optionally may be delivered with a tent system for fruit processing independently on weather.
