The MFP-12S manual fruit press with a stainless steel basket has a traditional design and the iron part is particularly robust. Thanks to the design with a central screw, very high pressure can be achieved with little effort, which squeezes all the juice out of the fruit. This wine press has a basket with a volume of 12 l, which can be filled with a large amount of fruit and juiced all at once. The shaped bottom has a spout, which ensures that the obtained fruit juice flows directly into the collection container (which not included in the delivery) without loss.
The assembly and use of this fruit and wine press follow the traditional way of pressing fruit and both are very simple. First, put the pressing textile bag inside and then fill it with fruit about 3 cm below the edge. Subsequently, the pressure must be manually increased using a lever and the juice will be squeezed out of the fruit. Thanks to the holes, you can screw the stable tripod to a solid base for even more stability, then you can pull the lever strongly and efficiently to squeeze out the maximum amount of juice. Since this fruit press is manual, you can use it outdoors as well as in any place where there is no electric power.
