Automatic gas steam-generator, available heating power of 557 kW – The production capacity 800 kg of hot steam per hour. Water feed can be connected directly to the water mains (if water is enough soft, maximaly 5°dH) or to a water treatment and the water / condensate mixing buffer tank. Regulation of the working steam pressure is adjustable in range from 1 up to 11.76 bar.

The steam generator fulfils the requirements of the PED Directive 97/23/EC  for pressure equipment.

About the AS series of steam generators

The AS series of steam generators is constituted by steam generators of small potentiality where the circulation of the supply water happens through a piston pump which pushes it to a heat exchanger with serpentine situated into the combustion chamber.
These steam generators are such as three-ways smoke boiler and the heat exchange between fumes and water happens countercurrently allowing an excellent yield..
The Anfra AS steam generators are produced and equipped in accordancewith all the European regulations and safety devices prescribed to be exempt from licensed operator.

Main properties :

• The steam generators model A.S. are equipped with water pipe forced circulation in which the water is purshed by a piston pump for circulating through the tubes forming the heated surface.
• The steam generators are of the type with three turns of smoke and the heat exchange between fumes and water occurs in counter allowing to obtain a high yield. these steam generators are recommended for confecciones industries, ironing, laundry, dry cleaners, saunas, heating tanks.
• The coating is brushed stainless steel.
• The front and rear is provided with two branches to perform maintenance with ease.
• The electrical panel is placed on boarb of the steam generator where the process that regulates the operation and the control is a SIEMENS PLC: the temperature control takes place by means of a PID alorithm.
• Low height thanks the horizontal construction
• All the components are of the highest quality.
• The water feed pump, brand Interpump Mod. HTS, is protected by a non-return valve and in additional is mounted a series of recirculation pump GRUNDFOS high temperature 105°C.
• The steam generator is delivered with all the connections already made.
• All devices in the series AS are supplied with CE declaration of conformity in accordance with PED Directive 97/23/CE.
• The AS series of the steam generators has very good accessibility for the maintenance of every accessories.
