FDS-1000MG : Fruit De-stoner 2.2kW (machine to remove stones from fruit – up to 1000 kg/h)

The FDS-1000MG fruit de-stoner is a machine designed to mechanical separation of fruit pulp from stems, seeds and cores with capacity 500-1000 kg per hour. The output of a de-stoner is fruit mash or puree, containing larger pieces of fruit pulp.

The machine is mounted on two swivel and two lockable wheels or on adjustable Anti-vibration feet. Requires minimal maintenance. Sieves can be changed simply and quickly. One choosable holes diameter sieve is included in the basic price.

Food-friendly hose connection fitting : Welded DIN 11851 DN65 or DIN 32676 DN65 hose connector for the fruit mash outlet: this connector allows easy connection of the machine to mash and screw pumps with a sanitizable hose.

Frequency inverter: pump speed control option for even more professional fruit processing.
