Description
Disc valve (butterfly valve) DN25 with inlet DN25 DIN 32676 “TriClamp” and outlet DN25 DIN 11851 “Sanitary screw union / male thread”, with security locking device. For use with pipe lines or tanks equipped with the DN25 DIN 11851 Sanitary screw union connections and the TriClamp connections. Fully sanitary union designed especialy for food production processing technologies.
Description :
The disc valves (called also butterfly valves) are used to close and open the medium flow in the pipeline. When using the manual lever control, the disc valve has three basic positions: closed, open and half-open.
Closing of the butterfly valve with a regulating screw allows for greater accuracy of flow regulation. Control can be automated with electric or pneumatic actuators.
The butterfly valve consists of the valve body, one sanitary screw union connection (Standard of DIN 11851), one TriClamp connection (Standard of DIN 32676), neck, core, internal seal and control.
The internal seal of the valve is made of silicone, EPDM or Viton (according to version choosed).
This type of the disc butterfly valve is supplied in sizes DN25 up to DN100.
