Semi automatic champagne bottle closure machine with capacity up to 400-500 bottles per hour.
The capsuling unit for applying conical cork capsules (the champagne type) and the closure unit (wire closure applicator).
Optional automatic cork capsule feeder and the nitrogen injection system.

- Mechanical corker machine for champagne corks, with push button operation, pneumatic bottles lifting and applying the corks. Manual distribution of the corks.
- Wire closure applicator with push button operation, pneumatic bottles lifting, rolling up the wire closures and manual distribution of the wire closures.
- Hardened and rectified steel jaws and bronze trolleys, produced by numerical control machines, which guarantee a perfect interchangeability and compatibility.
