Semi-manual filling machine for vacuum bags (Bag-In-Box, Pouch-Up bags, Cheertainers). Modern BIBFU-320 filling machine is perfect for the small capacity filling of BIB-type vacuum bags from 2 to 20 liters and the Pouch-Up bags from 1.5 to 5 liters, Cheertainers from 3 to 20 liters. The standard BIBFU-320 machine comes with chassis and the pump to increase the filling rate. Filling capacity from 420 up to 3600 liters per hour (depending on the bag type).

Operation in four steps:

1. Manual removal of the tap
2. Start of automatic cycle at filling head (air removal from pouch, metering and filling, injection, blowing of nitrogen at end of cycle)
3. Manual reinsertion of the tap.
4. Automatic ejection of the filled bag.
