HWT-400 : Hot water tank 400 liters

There is necessary to have enough of drinking hot water available during beer production process. Hot water is used for mixing malt mash in water in process production of wort, for showering of wort during the wort filtration process, for cleaning and sanitizing of the brewhouse and other vessels etc. The hot water tank HWT-400 (boiler) is equipped with a water pumping unit. It is designed for storage of 400 liters preheated water from the first cooling stage and following heating up to 80°C. The container is made of material AISI 316L, DIN 17 349, AKV extra 2.

ITWT-400 : Treated water tank 400 liters (to cooling and storage cold treated drinking water)

Cold water container ITWT-400 with the cooling spiral is designed for accumulation 400 liters of ice water. The very cold treated water is using for cooling of the wort in a single-stage plate heat exchanger where the wort is cooled down from 95°C to about 6°C to 25°C. This ice water from the ITWT is heated to 70-80°C during cooling of the wort. The heated water is then kept in the hot water tank, where is stored and used for next brew batch..

WCASB-500 : Compact cooler and aerator of wort 500 liters per hour with LED temperature indicators

Compact cooler and aeration system for wort 500 liters of wort per hour which is attached to a stainless steel panel with LED temperature indicators.
The monoblock system for precisse cooling and aeration of hot wort. This is a necessary equipment for preparation of wort after the hot wort brewing process and before start of the beer fermentation process.
Single-stage or double-stage tabular heat exchanger intended for cooling of the wort from 90°C to 25-7°C using water at temperature 15°C and 1°C before starting of beer fermentation process. The plate heat exchanger and the aeration candle are attached to a stainless steel panel which is equipped with temperature sensors and digital displays.

This version includes one circuit for water, one circuit for wort, one inlet for sterile air or oxygen, four thermo sensors and four LED temperature indicators :
– Cold water temperature at the water inlet (usually -1-15°C)
– Hot water temperature at the water outlet (usually 80-85°C)
– Temperature of the wort at the wort intlet (usually 90°C)
– Temperature of the wort at the wort outlet (usually 7-25°C)
Manometer shows pressure of sterile air on inlet to the aeration candle.

The CWC-C25MLT is the compact water cooler with integrated condenser and cooling capacity from 0.8 kW (-10°C) to 2.2 kW (+15°C) with Micro-Channel technology. The micro-channel condenser allows the unit to operation on about 30% less cooling gas, it is more silent and even consumes less energy. The 'plug-and-start' unit CWC-C25MLT has a compact design. It is space-saving and easy to assemble. The cooler is equipped with a hermetic motor compressor and a cooling water circuit containing water tank and centrifugal pump. Suitable for cooling tanks with output / input cooling media fittings 2x ½” AG (male). Designed in Germany.
