The technology project of small brewery / ciderline includes :

1. Description of the production program

2. Description of the technological process

3. Planning for the purchase and consumption of raw materials

4. The quantities and types of output products

5. The basic structure of the plant

a. The list of supplied technology items

b. Description of the items – basic parameters

6. Description of warehouse management

7. Material handling during production

8. Requirements for external and internal traffic

9. List of machinery and equipment and technical specifications (list of criticalpoints of machinery and equipment, basic mechanical components, energy sources, etc.).

10. Description of basic technical and performance parameters and related requirements

We offer two variations of this technology project documentation :

I. Non-authorized technology project documentation

• Preparation of the full necessary text and graphic materials for the preparation of the technology project documentation.
• Signed by our non-authorized experienced brewery / ciderline designer. It is expected that the project documentation will be authorized by the designer, who handles the project documentation for the buyer.
• All drawings and pictures are delivered in the uneditable files (PNG, PDF)
• The technological construction project is not part of a this technology project documents.
• The buyer provides his own designer for preparation of the building construction (or reconstruction) project.

II. Authorized technology project documentation

• Preparation of the full technology project documentation of the brewery / ciderline.
• Signed by our authorized experienced brewery / ciderline designer.
• All drawings and pictures are delivered in the editable files (DWG)
• The construction project is not part of this technological project documentation.
• The buyer provides his own designer for preparation of the building construction (or reconstruction) project.
