Description
The NIG-PNOG-5800 is a powerful PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption) nitrogen generator with the production capacity 5800 liters of the nitrogen gas per hour (with 99.0% purity). Nitrogen is generated through pressure swing process thus providing purity levels to up to 99.999%. Max. pressure: 11 bar. The 150 liters pressure product tank is included in the set. An air compressor is not part of the nitrogen generator. Recomended solution for most of small breweries – the nitrogen is useful as an inert push gas (for transport of product between pressure vessels or into the dispensing equipment in the pub) instead of expensive CO2. Made in Germany.
About the PSA technology – Pressure Swing Adsorption
PSA-nitrogen purity levels to up to 99.9999% – to 10.800 Nm³/h
Nitrogen is generated through pressure swing process thus providing purity levels to up to 99.999%.
Nitrogen adsorption is based on two vessels filled with CMS active carbon, which are alternately fed with compressed separating the nitrogen and the oxygen.
The nitrogen is collected in a system vessel, the oxygen is released into the atmosphere.
All details which the customer wishes to measure, such as compressed air temperature, compressed air pressure, purity and pressure of the generated nitrogen, are monitored and protocoled continuously

The nitrogen content is calculated by subtracting the residual oxygen content from 100 %.
Air is composed of nitrogen (78.1%), oxygen (20.9 %), Argon (0.9 %), CO2 (0.03 %), and some trace inert gases.

Service cost rates
Following cost rates are valid for labour-, travel and waiting time hours, as far as the latter are under client’s responsibility.
They are valid for service performance realised at our premises, but also for working performed on client’s operation site. Principal installation performance is to be carried out on the basis of producer conditions for domestic installation. In this regard the terms for warranty and liability are particularly important.
As from 01.01.2011 the following rates are applicable:
Start-up Engineer/Installation-Engineer (also assignment of technical manager) … EUR 1.500 / day
Installation-technician/Commissioning delegate (also factory technician/supervisor) … EUR 1.300,00 / day
Supervisor/technician gas supply equipment … EUR 1000 / day
All rates listed above do not include VAT.
Surcharges for extra work, night shift premium, Sunday premium, travel expenses, Visa, and work on public holidays are to be agreed separately.
The daily allowance is calculated for 10 working hours – Europe. Travel costs, hotel accommodation and flight travel costs will be charged separately.
