MXTP-1000PS : Mixing tank 1000L with the agitator and 0.18kW motor

The MXTP-1000 mixing tank is a non-pressure stainless steel vessel with capacity of 1000 liters which is equipped with the agitator, two drain valves and a stainless steel support. This device is designed for mixing and homogenizing liquids, or solids in liquids. We recommend the mixing tank to dilution and mixing of food and beverage concentrates, such as concentrates for the production of soft drinks, cider, fruit juices etc. It is equipped with the agitator rotation speed regulator and the filling level indicator.

The mixing tank is indispensable in the fruit beverage production process. It is supplied with a stirrer and stainless steel paddles whose speed is designed for perfect mixing of the liquid product with the ingrediences with minimising oxygenation.

The stainless steel paddles are designed to ensure sufficient revolutions to obtain optimal mixing of the fruit juice with the sugars added for carbonation, minimizing oxygenation and gushing. Moreover, the device has an inspection door with knob to monitor the working phases and a tap for partial and total discharge with DIN 25 valve and Ø20 hose nozzle holder. The mixing tank is sold complete with stainless steel support for safe and hygienic storage, with the stainless steel washing ball.
