MOSG-24E : Mobile electric steam generator 24 kW | 36 kg/hr | 0.7 bar

The mobile steam generator with the heating capacity of 24kW is conceived for the production of hot steam which is needed for cleansing and steam sterilisation of stainless steel tanks, barrels, pipe systemsand fittings, filters and beverage filling units. Maximal operation pressure of steam is 0.7 bar (temperature of 115°C) . Production capacity is approximaly 36 kg of steam per hour.

The steam production unit is made of stainless steel and it is designed as a mobile device due to its wheels and a handle. This equipment is perfectly suited for small wineries, breweries and other beverages producers.
The water in the steam generator´s reservoir (with capacity of 40 liters, or 20 liters by halffill level) is heated with the electric heating spiral up until steam is created.

The heating-up time takes about 15-20 min. After the heating at top capacity, use the switch to decrease capacity during the cleaning operation.
Operation time with one batch of water depends on volume of water in the integrated tank and the heating capacity (12 / 18 / 24 kW according to machine type). The two-position switch allows reduce the heating capacity in operation mode.

For example: approx. 1 hour by full capacity 18kW, and 1,5 hours by 12kW operation capacity, until the container runs empty. The mobile steam generator can then be re-filled with water and re-heated to continue its operation.
We recommend to use the steam generator only with soft water (or destiled water) to avoid creation of mineral stone on the heating spirals. When using regular, unsoftened water, it is necessary to regularly remove limescale with for this purpose designated chemical agents.
