HMHT-100 : Mixing and homogenizing tank 55 liters for 100 kg of honey or similar products (without heating)

HMHT-100 is non-pressure stainless steel tank equipped with the agitator without the heating. This device is designed for mixing and homogenizing of honey, or similar solids in liquids. We recommend the HMHT-100 tank to dilution and mixing of honey or food and beverage concentrates, such as concentrates for the production of soft honey drinks.

The mixing-homogenizing tank has usable capacity 100 kg of honey and is made of stainless food steel DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304).

 

 

Technical properties :

• Honey blender for homogenization and stirring of the creamy honey.
• The double stainless steel propeller is fitted on an inclined shaft. The propeller has extra crossbars so it is suitable for stirring of the creamy honey.
• The tank is easy to clean.The engine with a stirring stick can easily be removed.
• The lid is fitted with an electric safety lock to prevent opening while the machine is operating or unintentional startup.
• A timer can be built in a control box.
• Stainless steel ball valve 6/4″ is built in at the lowest point.
• The homogenizer is made entirely of materials appropriate for managing foods.
• The stand under the homogenizer can be made by request.
