Description
The GPA-1200MG automatic gas (optionally diesel) pasteurizer is designed to heat liquid, low viscosity foods and non-carbonated beverages. The pasteurizer is possible to use also as an equipment for heat treatment of drinking water.
The machine has been designed accordance with security requirements valid in European union. Operation capacity is up to 1200 liters per hour.
The heat exchanger ensures the heat treatment of beverages using a fitted stainless steel tube in tube (the coaxial system).The heat is provided by a gas boiler. The heating water temperature is controlled by the automatic control system. The temperature of the treated liquid is controlled by a by-pass valve. Temperature check at two points, in the heat exchanger and once on the outlet.
The pasteurizer works fully automatically.
The machine automatically controls the heat exchanger temperature. If the temperature of the beverage falls below the desired temperature, the machine disabled and the beverage circulates in the by-pass system until the temperature reaches the set level.
At the end of the work, the tube spiral can be cleaned very easily with the help of a sponge ball.
It requires minimal maintenance.

- Product input and output fittings placed to the front for better reach
- After years of experimenting we made a heat exchanger which has a heat transfer not just from the burning area, but the combustion gases has heat transfer channels inside the water tank, using as much heat energy as possible. This of course grants less fuel consumption.
- Product flow piping, valves and pump is easily accessible through a magnetic door.
