Completely equipped steam production system for production up to 72kg of steam per hour.
The compact system on the stainless steel frame includes all recommended equipment :
- Electric steam generator ROTONDI IGOS-57 50kW | pressure 4.5 bar
- Water treatment system – automatic water softener with capacity of 1.44 m3/h
- 66L water/condensate tank
- Automatic sludge removal system
- Sludge cooling tank
- All internal connections between installed components
Regulation of the working steam pressure is adjustable in range from 1 to 4.5 bar.
The steam-generator boiler and shell is manufactured in accordance to the current PED regulations.

Recommended use :
- Heating the wort brew machines – recomended for brewhouses with maximal usage volume 500-750 liters per one brew
- Heating the water, beverages or chemical solutions in the water tanks, CIP stations, boilers, pasteurisers etc.
- Heating the food processing machines
- Sterilization the vessels, pipes, hoses, stainless steel kegs, filters, food production equipment, farmacy equipment … with hot steam.
