Description
Ball valve DN100 with inlet DN100 DIN 32676 “TriClamp” and outlet DN100 DIN 11851 “Sanitary screw union / male thread” (or vice versa). For use with pipe lines or tanks equipped with the DN100 DIN 11851 “Sanitary screw union” and DN100 DIN 32676 “TriClamp” connections.
The ball valves are used to close and open the medium flow in the pipeline. When using the manual lever control, the ball valve has three basic positions: closed, open and half-open.
Closing of the ball valve with a regulating screw allows for greater accuracy of flow regulation. Control can be automated with electric or pneumatic actuators.
The ball valve consists of the valve body, one sanitary screw union connection with male threaded neck (Standard of DIN 11851), one TriClamp connection neck (Standard of DIN 32676), ball, seal and control lever.
The internal seal of the valve is made of PTFE (teflon).
This type of the ball butterfly valve is supplied in sizes DN10 up to DN150.
