BHTT-1000-02 Customization of the Tritank 1000 – combi tank (whirlpool tank + wort boil tank)

Special customization of the wort brew machine Tritank 1000 – multifunction combi tank with two functions : the whirlpool tank and the wort boil tank. This combi tank includes an integrated heater of wort without stirrer. Bottom of the vessel has 2% slope , wort can flow out through outlets in the bottom edges at the end of the wort production process, to the wort cooler.

This customization of the wort brew machine Tritank 1000 allows the speeding the production of wort during every production cycle. The special heater is integrated into the whirlpool tank. Its function is the intensive convectional heating of wort in the wort boiling process. Thanks to this customization next batch of the malt mash to its boiling can be prepared in the same time as the wort of previous batch is boiled in separated tank.
