Description
Stainless steel beer barrels type KEG-50 DIN (equipped with one available coupler of types A, G, S or M) with usable volume 50 liters = 13.2 gallons = 105 pints. The beer barrels are produced according to the DIN 6647-1 standard. Beer kegs are special stainless steel barrels for storage carbonated beverages under pressure, designed for the distribution beverages to restaurants. They are designed also for the serving beverages directly into glasses in pubs using a beer dispensing equipment.

Sizing for beer barrels – available volumes of KEG
A barrel (Bbl) is the standard unit for measuring volumes of kegs for beer. Depending on the brewery, beer is filled into various size containers, as follows:
1. EURO edition :
- KEG-60 …. 60 liters = 1/2 barrel = 15.5 gallons = 124 pints = 165 12oz bottles – (Full Size Keg)
- KEG-50 …. 50 liters = 13.2 gallons = 105 pints = 140 12oz bottles (Euro Keg)
- KEG-30 …. 30 liters = 1/4 barrel = 7.75-8.1 gallons = 62-66 pints = 83-88 12oz bottles (Pony Keg)
