WBV-AS34 : Water Block Valve 3/4″ (Aqua Stop)

The waterblock aqua stop valve is a device used when connecting water dispensers or soda machines to the water supply. It monitors the water flow, and if it detects a continuous flow exceeding 5-50 liters, it shuts off the water supply. Intended for the BSP 3/4″ water pipe connection.

The Water Block Valve (Aqua Stop Valve) is a mechanical safety valve that protects appliances connected to the water supply system from damage caused by a burst hose or unwanted water leakage. It does not require electrical power – it works simply mechanically, using only flowing water.

The water block valve continuously measures the amount of water flowed during one continuous draw. If the draw exceeds the volume set by the user, it automatically closes the water supply and remains locked until manually reset.

If the water draw is stopped before the set value is reached (for example, after filling a glass or rinsing the device), the water blockvalve automatically prepares for the next measurement and does not need to be reset.

How does it work?

• You set the maximum volume of water that can flow during a single withdrawal.
• The valve starts measuring the amount of water flowing through.
• If the withdrawal ends before the limit is reached, the water block valve automatically prepares for the next measurement.
• If the set volume is exceeded (for example, if a hose bursts), the water block valve immediately closes the water supply.
• After eliminating the fault, you simply reset the water block valve.
