SM-80W : Sanitizing machine 80W for cleaning beverage lines

The SM-80W is a sanitizing machine for cleaning beverage lines with water pressure and air vibration. The main part of the machine is a pressure pump located in a stainless steel case.

It allows two ways to clean the beverage routes:

• Mechanical-chemical cleaning (using a sanitary ball and sanitizing solution)
• Chemical cleaning (using only chemical solution)

Connection scheme :

1. Hose / pipe connection
2. Hose / pipe connection
3. Drink line inlet (remove the drink line hose from the head and connect it with SP 80)
4. Beverage line connection fitting (JohnGuest)
5. Inlet for the cleaning solution or water.
6. Outlet for the cleaning solution or water. (Connect it to the drain hose and place it in the drain or sink)
7. Suction filter (place in bucket with clean water or cleaning solution).
