Automatic steam-generator for biomass pellets with available power of 112.7 kW (up to 150 kg of hot steam per hour). Water feed can be connected directly to the water mains or to a condensate tank.
Water feed can be connected directly to the water mains or to a condensate tank. Regulation of the working steam pressure is adjustable in range from 1 to 5 bar. The steam-generator shell is manufactured in accordance to the current EU Directive 97/23 EC (PED). Supplied with the EU Confirmation of Conformity and all documents required for the pressure equipment.

Recommended use :
- Heating the brewhouses – recomended for brewhouses with maximal usage volume from 1000 to 1500 liters per wort batch.
- Heating of hot water tanks – boilers, CIP stations, mixing tanks.
- Sterilizing the vessels, pipe lines, hoses, heat exchangers and other food equipment with hot steam.

Instalation : Installation and assembling of the steam-generator performs each specialist company authorized for installation of water, steam and electrical appliances. The customer receives detailed installation instructions in the user manual.
