Description
The NIG-OS-4NX is a powerful compact PSA nitrogen generator with the production capacity from 760 up to 13100 liters of the nitrogen gas per hour (depending on the purity required). Nitrogen is generated through pressure swing process thus providing purity levels 95% up to 99.9995%. Max. pressure: 10 bar. The 500 liters nitrogen product receiver tank 500l/11bar is recommended to be included in the set – see the optional equipment. An air compressor is not part of the nitrogen generator. Recomended solution for most of small breweries – the nitrogen is useful as an inert push gas (for transport of product between pressure vessels or into the dispensing equipment in the pub) instead of expensive CO2. Made in European Union.
About the PSA technology – Pressure Swing Adsorption
PSA nitrogen purity level up to 99.9995%, capacity up to 13.10 m3 of N2 per hour
Nitrogen is generated through pressure swing process thus providing purity levels to up to 99.9995%.
Nitrogen adsorption is based on two vessels filled with CMS active carbon, which are alternately fed with compressed separating the nitrogen and the oxygen.
The nitrogen is collected in a system vessel, the oxygen is released into the atmosphere.
All details which the customer wishes to measure, such as compressed air temperature, compressed air pressure, purity and pressure of the generated nitrogen, are monitored and protocoled continuously

How the nitrogen generator works – System Operation Description :
Our system generates the required nitrogen from the atmosphere (see picture), majorly Nitrogen (N2) is extracted and purified while the rest is returned to the atmosphere.
A dedicated compressed air station cleans and pressurizes the air, filtered through our unique filtration system before entering the Nitrogen station. Oxygen, CO2 and other trace gases are absorbed by the molecular sieve, allowing nitrogen to pass through to the dual buffer storage system. (picture) The Nitrogen station purifies the Nitrogen using our vortex technology to the required purity.
The system operates continuously, automatically providing a constant flow of high-purity Nitrogen. The Vortex system ensures the highest purity including an advanced nitrogen monitoring procedure.
Super-pure nitrogen eventually enters the supply lines or the high-pressure backup. Our oil-free high-pressure compressor automatically starts filling up the storage. It’s fully automatic with an
auto-stop facility as well as a manual & auto start-stop and safety cut-out switch. Each stage is protected with a safety release valve and a gas purity filter (micronic filtration).
The high-pressure system is extremely efficient running on low energy consumption with a low noise level and is 100% oil-free design.
The whole nitrogen generation process is monitored and the system switches to standby once the supply is not required and the high-pressure storage is full. This monitoring ensures that nitorgen is only generated when required maximising energy efficiency.
The system is capable to operate 24/7 without any interruptions of supervision.

Offer validity 10 weeks after issue date of quotation.
We allow ourselves to invoice a fee of € 500 for every started week if goods are not carried out 4 weeks after pickup information by CBS.
If the system has not been picked up 60 days after completion and calculation, CBS has the right to resell the system. Additional costs arising from this will be charged to the client. If a down payment has been agreed, the agreed delivery time shall be extended by the duration between receipt of the order and the down payment. Valid for the calculation of the actual delivery date is the date of receipt of payment on our bank account.
Service cost rates
Following cost rates are valid for labour-, travel and waiting time hours, as far as the latter are under client’s responsibility.
They are valid for service performance realised at our premises, but also for working performed on client’s operation site. Principal installation performance is to be carried out on the basis of producer conditions for domestic installation. In this regard the terms for warranty and liability are particularly important.
As from 01.01.2026 the following rates are applicable:
Start-up Engineer/Installation-Engineer (also assignment of technical manager) … EUR 1.500 / day
Installation-technician/Commissioning/Training delegate (also factory technician/supervisor) … EUR 1.250,00 / day
Supervisor/technician for gas supply equipment … EUR 950 / day
All rates listed above do not include VAT.
Surcharges for extra work, night shift premium, Sunday premium, travel expenses, Visa, and work on public holidays are to be agreed separately.
The daily allowance is calculated for 10 working hours – Europe. Travel costs, hotel accommodation and flight travel costs will be charged separately.
Spare parts and Service
Spare parts are available from us for up to 25 years.
Service is performed worldwide by German producer, as we are cooperating with agencies in many countries of the Globe.
