Semi-automatic machine for the bottle rinsing with 10 positions with the detergent recilculation system. Capacity up to 700 bottles per hour. A chemical detergentcirculates from the external detergent tank to the bottles and back without draining out.

The rotary rinsing-sterilizing machine, with manual loading and unloading of the bottles, operating with water injection or with a sanitizing solution, is designed to rinse the inside of new bottles, before filling them.
The water or a chemical detegent is filtered using a 0,35 μm filtering cartridge, supplied with the machine.

The bottle rinser is equipped with a recycling kit for rinsing with an alcohol-based solution or a sanitizing product.
In the wine industry, it can be used with a solution of wine and SO2.
The machine is supplied mounted on wheels with braking device.
The machine is totally built in stainless steel AISI 304, AISI 316L or in other specifically approved for this use.

For use with an alcohol-based detergent or any other chemical sanitizing detergent. We recommend a mild concentrated sterilizing solution, such as a 0.3% peracetic acid based solution.

The external detergent recycling kit includes : 

• External detergent tank

Working cycle :

The operator places by hand the bottle upside down in one of the 10 positions on the central plate of the machine. The plate is turning with step-by-step motion.
One rinsing nozzle is spraying the rinsing solution inside the bottle, then the table goes on rotating so that the solution is dripping down together with any part to be removed.
The jet is operated by the bottle itself (no bottle – no spraying) and can be adjusted as needed according to different bottles specifications.
The dripping time is about 10 sec., the time needed for the bottle to make a complete turn, before the operator can take it away.
The dripping solution returns inside the recoiling tank where it is filtered using a 0,35 μm filtering cartridge and reused thanks to a recycling pump.
