Plastic water tank is placed on the same trolley as the steal generator. Regulation of the working steam pressure is adjustable between 0.5 bar and 4.5 bar. The steam-generator shell is manufactured in accordance to the current PED regulations (Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE).

Allgemeine Beschreibung :

The mobile steam generator with the heating capacity of 15kW is conceived for the production of hot steam which is needed for cleansing and steam sterilisation of stainless steel tanks, barrels, pipe systemsand fittings, filters and beverage filling units. The steam generator is suitable also for the heating of other equipment if they are equipped with the steam heat exchangers. Maximal operation pressure of steam is 4.5 bar (temperature of 170°C) . Production capacity is approximaly 20 kg of steam per hour.

The steam production unit is made of carbon steem (optionaly with the stainless steel outer sheets in the inox version) and it is designed as a mobile device due to its wheels and a handle. This equipment is perfectly suited for small wineries, breweries and other beverages producers.
The water from the 20L integrated plastic barrel is feeded into the steam generator´s reservoir (with capacity of 20 liters) is heated with the electric heating spiral up until steam is created.

The heating-up time takes about 15-20 min.
Operation time with one batch of water is approximaly 1 hour.
The plastical barrel on the mobile steam generator can then be re-filled with water and re-heated the water to continue its operation.

Wir empfehlen, den Dampfgenerator nur mit weichem (oder destilliertem) Wasser zu verwenden, um die Bildung von Mineralsteinen auf den Heizspiralen zu vermeiden. Bei Verwendung von normalem, nicht enthärtetem Wasser ist eine regelmäßige Kalkentfernung mit dafür vorgesehenen chemischen Mitteln erforderlich.
