Description
Transparent 9.5 mm hose made of LLDPE material. Mechanically resistant hose suitable for the distribution of drinking water, beer, beverages and compressed food gases. Hose often used to connect compressed air lines between pneumatically operated equipment and an external or built-in air compressor.
Technical parameters :
- Inner diameter of the hose: 6.35 mm (1/4″)
- Outer diameter of the hose: 9.5 mm (3/8″)
- Price is valid for 1 meter (e.g. 5 pcs = 5 meters of hose in total)
- Certificate: ANSI/NFS-61-G, WRAS, FDA
- Material : Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)
- Number of layers: 1
- Elasticity: medium to high
- Resistance to bursting: high
- Hygiene: food grade (NSF, WRAS)
- Resistance to chemicals: excellent (including sanitizing agents)
- Temperature range: −20 °C to +65 °C
Application :
- Beer, wine, water, syrups, soda and food gases distribution
- Compatible with DMfit, John Guest quick couplings
- Suitable for sanitation and CO₂/N₂ pressure distribution
- Can also be used for low-pressure pneumatic systems
Recommendations for operation :
- Maximum operating temperature: 65 °C
- Operating pressure decreases with increasing temperature – see table
- At temperatures above 50 °C, it is recommended to regularly check the hoses
- Do not expose to UV radiation for a long time
LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene) hoses are designed for the distribution of beverages, drinking water, beer and food gases (air, O₂, CO₂, N₂). Due to their flexibility, strength and chemical resistance, they are ideal for use in beverage systems, tap technology and pneumatically controlled devices.
The hose is compatible with DMfit and John Guest hose quick connectors.
