Description
The GCU-125 complete cooling set with the cooling capacity of 22.0 kW, the glycol tank of 2000 liters, two pumps, the heat exchanger and the control panel is intended to cooling of the beverage production tanks like fermenters or beer storage tanks, cooling wort after the brewing process and also to cooling other devices in the brewery, with water and glycol.
The cooling set is available as a compact glycol cooling unit or as a split cooling system which consists of the cooling condensing unit with capacity of 22.0 kW intended to be placed outdoor and the glycol tank with capacity of 1000 liters, the heat exchanger, the pumps and the control panel intended to be placed indoor.
In the primary circuit, this equipment uses a special technical coolant intended to chilling systems that is pre-filled and pressurized in the primary circuit if the set is ordered as a compact cooling unit.
If the cooling set is ordered as a split cooling system the technical coolant must be filled by specialized company after the installation and connection the outdoor and indoor units each other with copper pipes.

Options (for individual demands) :
- The cooling set can be equipped with a glycol tank of different capacity (500L / 1000L / 1200L / 1500L / 2000L / 3000L / 4000L).
- The cooling set can be equipped with more than one condensing unit (maximally two condensing units / each unit requires one primary pump and one plate heat exchanger).
- The cooling set can be equipped with more than one pump in the secondary circuits (maximally two pumps for two independent secondary circuits ).
Operation environment of equipment (ČSN EN 60204-1):
- Minimal ambient temperature – 20°C
- Maximal ambient temperature + 40°C
Electric installation is made according standard ČSN EN 60204-1, covering protection degree IP 54. Equipment is assigned for “NORMAL” locality according sec. 320.N4 ČSN 33 2000-3, mod. IEC 364-3: 1993.
