with power capacity of 24 kW (up to 36 kg of hot steam per hour), steam pressure from 2 to 6 bar, the integrated water tank 20 liters
The steam-generator shell is manufactured in accordance to the current PED regulations (Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE).

Všeobecný popis :
The mobile steam generator with the heating capacity of 24 kW is conceived for the production of hot steam which is needed for cleansing and steam sterilisation of stainless steel tanks, barrels, pipe systemsand fittings, filters and beverage filling units. The steam generator is suitable also for the heating of other equipment if they are equipped with the steam heat exchangers. Maximal operation pressure of steam is 6.0 bar (temperature of 165°C) . Production capacity is approximaly 20 kg of steam per hour.
Jednotka na výrobu pary je vyrobená z uhlíkovej ocele (voliteľne s vonkajšími plechmi z nehrdzavejúcej ocele v nerezovom prevedení) a vďaka kolieskam a rukoväti je navrhnutá ako mobilné zariadenie. Toto zariadenie je ideálne pre malé vinárstva, pivovary a iných výrobcov nápojov.
Water from the 20L integrated water tank is feeded into the steam generator´s reservoir (with capacity of 20 liters) is heated with the electric heating spiral up until steam is created.
Doba ohrevu trvá približne 15-20 minút.
Prevádzková doba s jednou dávkou vody je približne 1 hodina.
The integrated water tank can then be re-filled with water and re-heated the water to continue its operation.
Parný generátor odporúčame používať iba s mäkkou vodou (alebo destilovanou vodou), aby sa zabránilo tvorbe minerálneho kameňa na vykurovacích špirálach. Pri použití bežnej nezmäkčenej vody je potrebné pravidelne odstraňovať vodný kameň pomocou na tento účel určených chemických prostriedkov.
