The steam-generator shell is manufactured in accordance to the current PED regulations (Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE).

The mobile steam generator with the heating capacity of 24 kW is conceived for the production of hot steam which is needed for cleansing and steam sterilisation of stainless steel tanks, barrels, pipe systemsand fittings, filters and beverage filling units. The steam generator is suitable also for the heating of other equipment if they are equipped with the steam heat exchangers. Maximal operation pressure of steam is 6.0 bar (temperature of 165°C) . Production capacity is approximaly 20 kg of steam per hour.
Enota za proizvodnjo pare je izdelana iz ogljikovega jekla (opcijsko z zunanjimi ploščami iz nerjavečega jekla v različici z nerjavnim jeklom) in je zaradi koles in ročaja zasnovana kot mobilna naprava. Ta oprema je idealna za majhne vinarne, pivovarne in druge proizvajalce pijač.
Water from the 20L integrated water tank is feeded into the steam generator´s reservoir (with capacity of 20 liters) is heated with the electric heating spiral up until steam is created.
Čas segrevanja traja približno 15-20 minut.

The integrated water tank can then be re-filled with water and re-heated the water to continue its operation.
Priporočamo, da generator pare uporabljate samo z mehko vodo (ali destilirano vodo), da preprečite nastajanje mineralnih kamnov na grelnih spiralah. Pri uporabi navadne, nezmehčane vode je potrebno redno odstranjevati vodni kamen z za to namenjenimi kemičnimi sredstvi.
