Three-stages flow-through pasteurizer for the processing up to 1000 liters of beer, cider or other carbonated beverage per hour, based on the hot water heating system, with the semi automatic or the fully automatic control system for the pasteurisation temperature, pasteurisation time and outlet temperature.

We offer the pasteurizer in two versions :

Equipment description:

Three stages plate heat-exchanger composed of:

  • AISI 304 inox steel frame, designed to hold the exchange plates, with AISI 304 inox steel inlet and outlet connections type DN 25 DIN 11851.
  • Plate guiding and holding bars and screw tightening rods made of Aisi 304 inox steel.
  • Heat exchange plates made of Aisi 316 inox steel, 0.5 mm thick, complete of EPDM rubber sealing gaskets to joint (without glue).
  • Intermediate frames made of Aisi 304 inox steel with connection type DN 25 DIN 11851.
  • Feeding pump for the transferring of the product from the feeding tank to the pasteurisation plant, type AISI 316 inox steel centrifugal pump, built as per 3A health specifications, complete of electrical motor 2900 rpm.
  • Electromagnetic flowmeter made of AISI 316 inox steel, to measure the hourly production. Protection class IP67 NEMA4X PFA coating, process Tri Clamp connections made of AISI 316 inox steel.
  • Set of connections for the circulation of the product, made of DIN 25 AISI 316 inox steel pipe for human alimentary use, with inner and outer polished finishing, welded and connected by DIN 25 connection elements, complete of deviation, closure and discharge valves, where needed.
  • AISI 316 inox steel deviation valve for the recycling of the product, when the pasteurisation temperature is not right and in case of interruption of the filling operation, three way type with pneumatic control device DIN 25.
  • Thermoregulation group for cooling automatic temperature control, designed to circulated gelid solution from the cooling unit and plates exchanger, composed of:
    -Three way modulated valve with pneumatic servocontrol.
    – AISI 304 inox steel connection piping up to base limit.
  • Hot water preparation group through steam composed in AISI 304 Inox steel, brazed auxiliary heat exchanger, AISI 304 inox steel centrifugal pump complete of electrical motor V400 50 Hz designed to circulated hot water from the heating unit and plates exchanger.
  • Connection set for the product heating process, made of AISI 316 inox steel pipe with opaque (brushed) external finishing, welded and connected by DN connection parts, complete of connections, Safety, deviation, closure and discharge valves where needed.
  • Thermo tubular dwelling group for 30 seconds time, suitable for 1.000 L/h composed by AISI 316 inox steel pipe food use type DIN 40 with polished inside and outside finishing, curves at 180° DIN 40 welded and jointed by DIN 11851 type fitting.
  • Thermoregulation group for cooling
  • Automatic temperature control there way modulated valve for gelid solution complete of pneumatic servocontrol and stainless steel centrifugal pump complete of electrical motor designed to circulated gelid solution from the cooling unit and plates exchanger with AISI 304 inox steel connection piping up to base limit.
  • Main supporting base, for the anchoring of all the components of the machine of rectangular section AISI 304 inox steel.

 

Buffer tank 300L – description :

Capacity of 300 liters, the buffer tank is suitable to work at a pressure of 6 bar tested ISPESL, for receipt of the pasteurized product, made in Aisi 316 inox steel sheet tested 2B finish, cylindrically shaped lid with thickness 30/10 mm and plating 40/10 mm with:

– Level min. / max for inductive probes, process fittings type DIN;
– Manhole to a crawl elliptical with internal opening;
– Bottom outlet;
– Hydro diffuser type spray ball for washing;
– Control pressure group complete with regulable valve, safety valve certified PED, fill valve, air filter and air reduction group;
– Lifting eyebolts;
– Process fittings type DIN;
– N.03 supporting legs;
– Pipes of connection to the plant in Aisi 316 inox steel DIN type satin internal and polished surface;
– Centrifugal product pump for the transfer of the pasteurized product from the 300 Liters buffer tank to the filling line, Aisi 316 inox steel and conforms to 3A sanitary complete
