KWFL-90 | Multifunction filling line for stainless steel kegs : rinsing, sanitizing, filling of 90-60 kegs per hour

Description

The KWFL-90 is a full-automatic multifunction line to the rinsing, sanitizing and filling of stainless steel kegs. Intended for all carbonated beverages like beer, cider, sparkling wine. Operation capacity : from 60 up to 90 kegs per hour ( rinsing + sanitizing + filling).

The rinsing, sanitizing, filling equipment is located on the base stainless steel frame. Stainless steel kegs are inserted manually on the input and manually removed from the output of the machine or they may be transported in and out using conveyors.

The multifunction heads are pressed onto the kegs using pneumatic cylinders. Programs of washing, sanitizing and filling are performed completely automatically. The process is controlled by an industrial PC with text display.

Description of the machine

• The device is designed for washing, sanitizing and filling of stainless steel kegs with operation speed from 60 up to 90 liters per hour
• Handling with kegs is automatic inside of the machine and manually in the input and output, optionaly full automatic (for surcharge).
• The machine is equipped with multifunction heads for perfect rinsing, sanitizing and filling of the kegs.
• Automatic control of pressure in kegs.
• The compact machine is already in the factory completely equipped with all cables, valves, pipes and other mechanic, pneumatic and electric elements.
• The machine always comes to customer fully tuned and tested.
• Wash runs through pulsed spraying jets, optionally using caustic and / or acid solutions.
• Every step in the rinsing, sanitizing and filling process is controlled via sensors double times to be sure all steps are done succesfully.
• Production, implementation and start up is carried out carefully step by step, with regard to the full customer satisfaction.
• Construction of the machine is open, accessible from all sides for easy service and the necessary manipulation.
• Intended for stainless steel kegs with volume between 7 and 50 liters and ½ bbl
• Available as a single line machine (mono) or twin-line machine with double capacity (duo)
• Available optionaly with five up to seven active washing stations per machine
• Strengthened stainless steel frame made of 1.4301 material (AISI304)
• The machine is operated from one side only
• Perfect rinsing of the kegs thanks to pulsating flow of water and sanitizing solutions
• Improved cleaning of the fittings through counterflow
• Latest generation of washing and filling heads
• DFC (Direct Flow Control) filling system
• Integrated CIP system – If some external CIP system is already available in brewery then it is possible to use it. But it is not recommended due to greater consumption of sanitizing solutions.Two stainless steel tanks for the caustic and acid sanitizing solution are included in price.

Basic equipment

– The machine is completely made of stainless steel.
– The standard equipment includes two tanks for sanitizing solutions with chrome-nickel-steel pumps (IP 54), the supply of fresh water, automatic control of level and temperature.
– Siemens or AllenBradley computer is integrated.
