Description
Flow-through beverage carboniser is a compact unit intended to the flow-through carbonisation of beverages. Designed mainly to saturation of beer, cider, water, wine, soft drinks, lemonades with carbon dioxide immediately before their filling into kegs, bottles or cans. Usable also for other gases like nitrogen, oxygen.
The molecules of the saturation gas are mixed with a beverage at high pressure, intersecting the flow in forced deviation channels.
In this way, we can obtain much more homogeneous and superior quality carbonation compared to the normal porous candles mounted on the beverage tanks or in a pipes.
This equipment designed to the carbonization beverages saves your space, time, costs and work in comparation with saturation of beverages in tanks, because you need not any dedicated tank only for the beverage carbonization process.
The stainless steel tank made of INOX 304 stainless steel is 1cm thick and welded at both ends with thick flanges.
In a working cycle, the carbonisation tank contains about 25lt of beverage product.
Continuous automatic flow of beverage through the carboniser is guaranteed by means of electronic level sensors.
The sanitization process of the carbonizer and of all the parts always takes place without beverage product using the sanitizing solution, installed centrifugal pump and washing spray ball.
